At the January 16th Yolo County ARES meeting, Ron Collings, WB6ZEI, showed the REACT Life Time Member Award # 584 he was awarded for his volunteer services during the past the last 40+ years. He received a plaque, letter, and a gold life time membership card.  Ron has always kept in touch with team members and finds now there are a lot of hams who are volunteers with the REACT communications on the repeaters in the 460 MHz band.  He continues to be a member with the Santiago REACT team although he's 450 miles to the north. He retains the call sign of Crest 70.
