Announcements
Announcements Dale announced there will be a Simplex exercise tonight in place of a practice message. Dennis announced the frequency for the Simplex drill is 146.52 Mhz. Gary announced that all equipment at Sutter Davis Hospital was operating normally.
Official Traffic
Traffic: Darrell announced that the recent wind storm blew down an oak tree that fell on his house and destroyed his antennas so he only has an HT to use so he may not be able to check in with a strong signal for awhile. Though his house was seriously damaged, he is uninjured.
Practice Message (or more traffic)
Practice Message: In place of a practice message we conducted a Simplex drill to identify which stations could communicate directly with other stations. Dennis will use the data to produce a matrix table showing the results which will be distributed to ARES members.
Closing time: 8:29:00 PM
