Meeting began with Pledge of Allegiance.
Presented overview of new ARRL ARES Plan document, and discussion of three new Training Levels. Some discussion continued on the various training courses available through FEMA and ARRL, although ARRL's basic ERC course is not presently available.
Short discussion was also had on the use of the 213 Message Form (ARES version), and the use of Pro Words in formatting and sending radiogram messages. Importance of clarity and precision were emphasized.
Question and Answer period followed each discussion block.
