- Linda and Clay will provide chicken, with their special marinade, for the BBQ/ ARES meeting May 27.
- E-mail Linda with what you want to bring- desserts or salad.
- Clinton is working on his extra.. probably try for it this month.
- Nick asked why the YARS folks use Yahoo to send out e-mail.
- Clayton is working onthe mission statement. He will have it ready around emcomm.
- Clayton is also working on the announcement for the papers. Darrin is planning to put it in the Davis, Woodland, Winters, West Sac, and Clarksberg papers.
- there was discussion about the ARRL vests. there was a question about pockets. Linda said that she could sew some "flower patterned" pockets on! (should make old welders happy..match their hats!)
Darrin is going to get a vest to check it out.
- It was noted that David Thorne is retiring in June. A new Section manager will be appointed.
