Monthly club meetings have been moved to the Red Cross building as of 2/19/08 @ 7:00pm. Welcome new members KI6NQU, LaVonne, KI6NQW Wes, KI4DTO Christof, KI4DTN Jessica - Encouraged new members to log on to ARES site and list their equipment. (Message after Net)
There is an Intro to Amateur radio class at the Red Cross on Jan 26. We will need members to be available to make a radio contact with during the meeting for demonstration purposes. This call out should start around 10:30am on the BARK repeater and then maybe move to an ARES simplex - either 146.5500 or 146.2000.If you will be available please notify Greg KG6SJT or Gary WA6TQJ. K6WLS will be available. Meeting start time to follow. Note: Meeting to start at the Red Cross at approximately 0900.
